• For initiated measures, requires a statement explaining that the ballot title is drafted by professional staff from the Secretary of State, Attorney General, and Legislative Council, and that the measure text was drafted by initiative proponents who gathered required petition signatures.

• Includes a note directing voters to consult the legislative status sheet, legislative history, or Session Laws to determine whether the Governor has signed the bill or taken other action.

• Declares the act necessary for the immediate preservation of public peace, health, and safety, making it effective immediately upon Governor approval.
