Authorizes the administrator to assess civil penalties of up to $1,000 per violation when bringing civil actions under the Uniform Consumer Credit Code (sections 5-9.5-107 and 5-10-801)

Allows courts to assess civil penalties of up to $1,000 for each violation of consumer credit code in administrator civil actions (section 5-6-114)

Permits courts to impose civil penalties up to $1,500 per violation, order restitution, and award reasonable costs and attorney fees to the administrator under injunctive relief provisions (section 12-14-135)

Increases criminal penalty authority to up to $1,500 per violation for violations enjoined by the administrator or district attorney (section 12-14.5-110)

Directs the state treasurer to transfer all penalties collected under these provisions to the general fund
