Amends Colorado Revised Statutes 24-46-305(2) to modify the approval process for regional tourism projects under the Colorado Regional Tourism Act.

Limits initial project approvals to two projects, with the commission unable to approve more than two initial projects pursuant to subsection (2).

Allows the commission to approve two additional projects in the calendar year following approval of the two initial projects.

Allows the commission to approve two more additional projects in the calendar year following approval of the previous two additional projects.

Maintains existing requirement that the commission cannot approve any project that would create state sales tax revenue dedication exceeding $50 million annually to all regional tourism projects.
