Repeals sections 39-33-101, 39-33-102, 39-33-103.5, 39-33-104, and 39-33-106 of the Colorado Revised Statutes relating to the alternative fuels rebate program.

Transfers any remaining moneys in the alternative fuels rebate fund to the general fund on June 30, 2011, and repeals the fund entirely effective July 1, 2012.

Applies to rebate applications received by the Department of Revenue on or after the bill's effective date.

Preserves the availability of the federal income tax credit under section 39-22-516 and modifies section 25-7-105(14) to eliminate reference to the alternative fuels rebate program while maintaining the clean vehicle fleet program repeal and replacement authority.
