Modifies reporting deadlines in the "Fair Campaign Practices Act" for candidate committees, political committees, issue committees, small donor committees, and political parties submitting campaign finance reports to the Colorado Secretary of State

Changes quarterly off-election year reporting from "no later than" to "on" the fifteenth calendar day after quarter end, and adds a requirement to report on the fifteenth day after the first quarter of major election years

Eliminates the existing deadline for biweekly reports on Mondays in July and September before primary and general elections, replacing it with single reports on the fourteenth day before primary elections and the fourteenth day before major elections

Changes monthly reporting schedule from the first day of each month beginning six months before the election to the fifth day of May preceding the major election

Increases post-election reporting deadlines from thirty to thirty-five days after major elections and special legislative elections; modifies recall election reporting from fourteen and seven days to the fourteenth day and Friday before the election, with thirty-five days after (effective January 1, 2012)
