Extends the repeal date of Pueblo County's Local Access to Health Care Pilot Program authority from July 1, 2012 to July 1, 2017.

Delays the reporting deadline for the pilot program assessment from March 15, 2012 to March 15, 2017.

Requires the report to assess whether the pilot program benefited Pueblo County, local employers, and eligible individuals and their families.

Directs the report distribution to the Insurance Commissioner, House and Senate local government committees, Senate health and human services committee, and House health and environment committee.

Extends the full article repeal date from July 1, 2014 to July 1, 2017.
