Director of research of legislative council shall establish a regulator navigator effective July 1, 2012, to provide public access to information about state, local, or federal government rules and regulations

Regulator navigator shall provide contact names, telephone numbers, and website links for the appropriate government agency but is not expected to solve problems, only provide quality contact information

Director of research shall establish a single telephone number for the regulator navigator and provide links on official websites of the State of Colorado, Governor's office, and legislative council

Director of research shall not employ more than one full-time equivalent employee for the regulator navigator position

Governor, Director of research, and Executive Director of Department of Regulatory Agencies shall jointly report to the General Assembly by November 1, 2013, and annually thereafter on inquiry data and recommendations regarding the regulator navigator's continuation and most efficient location
