• Removes requirement for Department of Public Health and Environment to brief the Transportation Legislation Review Committee annually on cost and effectiveness of the high emitter emissions program.

• Eliminates requirement for Department of Transportation executive director to submit prioritized list of railroad rights-of-way or rail lines for state acquisition to the Transportation Legislation Review Committee and repeals the committee's corresponding review and recommendation duties.

• Removes requirement for Office of Transportation Safety to submit annual reports to Transportation Legislation Review Committee on distribution and expenditure of law enforcement assistance fund moneys for drunken driving prevention and enforcement programs by county.
