Requires public school boards to ensure sixth-grade students are registered with CollegeInColorado.org and that schools collaborate with the Department of Education and Department of Higher Education to monitor implementation.

Mandates that counselors or teachers explain the requirements and benefits of concurrent enrollment in higher education courses to students and their parents or legal guardians during individual career and academic plan development.

Requires schools to assist students in course planning for concurrent enrollment upon request from students or parents/legal guardians.

Prioritizes concurrent enrollment applications from students who have completed high school graduation requirements before twelfth grade and are seeking to earn postsecondary credits or complete required basic skills courses.

Applies the same concurrent enrollment requirements to institute charter schools and BOCES high schools.
