Renames the "Colorado Breast and Women's Reproductive Cancers Fund" to the "Colorado Cancer Fund" to reflect broader cancer prevention and treatment efforts.

Expands the fund's purpose from supporting breast and women's reproductive cancers to supporting the Colorado Cancer Coalition's work on behalf of the entire cancer community.

Changes the voluntary income tax contribution designation period from tax years 2010-2019 to tax years 2012-2016.

Establishes the Colorado Cancer Fund Advisory Board to oversee fair and equitable distribution of funds to the Colorado Cancer Coalition and its partners.

Sets the fund's repeal date to January 1, 2018, unless the general assembly reestablishes the voluntary contribution by that date.
