• Appropriates $480,503,122 total to the Judicial Department covering Supreme Court/Court of Appeals, Trial Courts, Probation and Related Services, Public Defender, Alternate Defense Counsel, Office of the Child's Representative, and Independent Ethics Commission.

• Reduces courthouse capital/infrastructure maintenance appropriation from $62,529 to $10,000 and reduces trial court programs appropriation from $590,471 to $140,471 with FTE reduced from 6.0 to 2.0.

• Designates funding sources including the Judicial Stabilization Cash Fund, various fees and cost recoveries, federal funds, and state cash funds across multiple judicial programs and services.

• Declares the act necessary for immediate preservation of public peace, health, and safety.
