Amends the fiscal year 2011 appropriation to the Department of Labor and Employment by revising Part IX of Session Laws of Colorado 2011, chapter 335 (SB 11-209).

Total appropriation of $159,766,995 to the Department of Labor and Employment, with $61,460,023 from the General Fund.

Appropriates funds across five divisions: Executive Director's Office ($33,643,371), Division of Employment and Training ($97,613,731), Division of Labor ($1,171,056), Division of Oil and Public Safety ($5,347,135), and Division of Workers' Compensation ($21,991,702).

Funding sources include multiple cash funds such as the Employment Support Fund, Unemployment Revenue Fund, Workers' Compensation Cash Fund, Petroleum Storage Tank Fund, and various federal funds.

Includes a safety clause declaring the appropriation necessary for immediate preservation of public peace, health, and safety.
