• Provides supplemental appropriation to the Colorado Department of Law for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2011, amending Part X of SB 11-209.

• Total appropriation of $53,474,137 distributed across General Fund ($9,572,476), General Fund Exempt ($10,458,976), Cash Funds ($10,460,766), and Reappropriated Funds ($31,919,718), and Federal Funds ($1,522,967).

• Creates Litigation Management and Technology Fund of $325,000 to provide Department of Law flexibility for unanticipated legal needs and information technology maintenance during fiscal year 2011-12.
