Provides a supplemental appropriation of $221,381,388 to the Department of Military and Veterans Affairs for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2011.

Allocates funds across four main divisions: Executive Director and Army National Guard ($10,482,516), Division of Veterans Affairs ($2,017,177), Air National Guard ($3,235,326), and Federal Funded Programs ($205,646,369).

Funds cover personnel services, health and dental benefits, operating expenses, information technology, vehicle leases, armory operations, veterans services, and cemetery operations.
