HB 12-1206: Cold Case Task Force Sunset Review

• Increases Cold Case Task Force membership from 15 to 16 members by adding one forensic pathologist appointed by the Governor
• Forestic pathologist member serves a three-year term, with initial appointment required by September 1, 2012
• Extends the sunset (termination) date of the Cold Case Task Force from July 1, 2012 to September 1, 2019
• Removes the Cold Case Task Force from the July 1, 2012 termination list and adds it to the September 1, 2019 termination list in the regulatory agency review statute
