Requires the Public Employees' Retirement Association (PERA) to annually disclose specific information for members and retirees who have ever served as elected officials or cabinet-level appointees of elected officials.

Defines "plan solvency information" as name, positions held, annual salary for each position, employer and employee contributions, retirement age, highest average salary, and benefit amounts paid.

Exempts this information from PERA's general confidentiality requirements for the specified category of members and retirees.

Takes effect 90 days after final adjournment of the general assembly (August 7, 2012) unless subject to a referendum petition, in which case approval at the November 2012 general election is required.
