Director of the Colorado Office of Economic Development must submit an annual report to the General Assembly by November 1 each year summarizing all programs administered during the prior fiscal year.

The annual report must include regional economic development progress reports, business retention and expansion program reports, and key industries strategy reports from various related bills.

The office is authorized to incorporate or append other legally-required reports to minimize costs associated with preparing the consolidated report.

Multiple reporting deadlines for economic development-related commissions and offices are changed from February, September, April, and March to a uniform November 1 deadline annually.

The Colorado International Trade Office must submit a written report by November 1 each year on trade negotiations and impacts to Colorado's economy, rather than making only presentations to the legislative council.
