• Custodians must notify requesters within the timeframe specified in CRS 24-72-203(3)(a) that records are available and will only be sent after payment is received or payment arrangements are made for all transmission costs and other lawful fees, unless waived by the custodian.

• Records must be sent within three business days after the custodian receives payment or makes payment arrangements with the requester.

• Applies to all record requests made on or after the bill's effective date.
