Repeals Colorado Revised Statutes sections 24-13-101, 24-13-102, 24-13-103, and 24-13-104, which previously required district court clerks and masters to execute official bonds.

Removes references to district court clerk and master bond requirements from multiple related statutes governing bond examinations, surety releases, and officer duties.

Deletes language in section 24-13-109 regarding the release process for sureties on district court clerk and master bonds, eliminating the judge's approval requirement for surety releases in those positions.

Retains bond requirements for county officers including sheriffs, coroners, county clerks and recorders, county treasurers, county surveyors, and county assessors.

Declares the act necessary for immediate preservation of public peace, health, and safety.
