Increases the maximum fine for municipal ordinance violations from $1,000 to $2,650 in Colorado Revised Statutes 13-10-113.

Increases the maximum fine for municipal ordinance enforcement from $1,000 to $2,650 in Colorado Revised Statutes 31-16-101.

Requires automatic annual inflation adjustments to the fine limits beginning January 1, 2014, and every January 1 thereafter using the Denver-Boulder Consumer Price Index.

Defines inflation as the annual percentage change in the U.S. Department of Labor Bureau of Labor Statistics Consumer Price Index for Denver-Boulder, all items, all urban consumers.

Incarceration limits remain unchanged at a maximum of one year for municipal ordinance violations.
