Transfers the Colorado Coroners Standards and Training Board (C.C.S.T. Board) from the Department of Public Health and Environment to the Department of Law effective July 1, 2013.

The board will operate under the Department of Law as a Type 2 transfer as defined in the Administrative Organization Act of 1968.

Changes authority to accept gifts, grants, and donations for board operations from the executive director of public health and environment to the Attorney General beginning July 1, 2013.

Exempts the Department of Law from notice requirements specified in Section 24-75-1303(3), C.R.S. regarding the board's transfer.

Removes the Department of Public Health and Environment's duty to oversee the coroner standards and training board and assigns those duties to the Attorney General.
