HB 13-1300: Revisor's Bill Summary

• Makes nonsubstantive revisions to Colorado Revised Statutes to correct obsolete, inconsistent, and conflicting provisions and clarify language to reflect legislative intent

• Updates cross-references and statutory citations throughout various titles including driver's license provisions, advisory committees, emergency management, insurance, taxation, and professional licensing

• Repeals provisions that have expired or become obsolete, including sunset dates that have passed and committees that no longer exist

• Corrects grammatical errors, outdated terminology, and references that were missed in prior legislative amendments

• Takes effect 90 days after final adjournment of the General Assembly (August 7, 2013) unless subject to referendum petition
