• Creates a 15% discount at Colorado locations of a fast-food Tex-Mex restaurant chain (identified by its former chihuahua spokesperson) when the General Assembly enacts seven bills into law on a single day, effective January 1, 2013.

• The discount begins the day after seven bills are enacted and continues for three consecutive days, but does not apply if more than seven bills are enacted on the same day.
