Extends the repeal date of the Colorado Commission on Criminal and Juvenile Justice from July 1, 2013 to July 1, 2018.

Requires the Division of Criminal Justice in the Department of Public Safety to provide resources for data collection, research, analysis, and publication of the commission's findings and reports.

Authorizes the Office of Legislative Legal Services to provide staff attendance at commission meetings upon request.

Appropriates $255,443 and 2.5 FTE to the Department of Public Safety, $56,160 to the Department of Corrections, and $6,061 and 0.1 FTE to the Legislative Department for fiscal year 2013-2014 to support the commission's operations.
