• Grants personal representatives and fiduciaries standing to defend testator's intent in probate proceedings at estate expense, with safeguards for conflicts of interest requiring appointment of independent special administrators.

• Requires personal representatives to provide expanded notice to heirs and devisees within 30 days of appointment, including decedent's death date, whether estate was intestate/testate, supervised status, and rights to accounting and information.

• Prioritizes child support claims in estate distribution order, paid before other creditor claims, with future child support obligations determined by court.

• Creates new statutory provisions for revocable trusts, including clear revocation/amendment procedures, 3-year limitation on contesting trust validity after settlor's death, and tax reimbursement authority for independent trustees.
