• Appropriates supplemental funds to the offices of the Governor, Lieutenant Governor, and State Planning and Budgeting for fiscal year 2012-2013.

• Increases appropriation for Colorado Benefits Management System modernization to $20,322,440 (from $12,279,762), with funds reappropriated from the Department of Human Services and rolled forward to FY 2013-14 if unexpended.

• Modifies appropriations from the Innovative Energy Fund to $1,125,001 with 10.3 FTE and from the Clean and Renewable Energy Fund to $1,620,369 with 10.4 FTE for Colorado Energy Office operations.
