Appropriates supplemental funds to the Colorado Department of Legislature for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2012, amending Part XI of HB 12-1335.

Allocates $1,108,500 to Legislative Council for property tax study ($600,000) and ballot analysis ($508,500).

Appropriates $1,539,639 to General Assembly for workers' compensation ($31,210), legal services for 188 hours ($14,523), computer center services ($55,054), risk management and property funds ($17,197), capitol complex leased space ($1,402,249), and COFRS modernization ($19,406).

Total supplemental appropriation of $2,648,139 from the General Fund.
