• Funds distributed across five divisions: Executive Director's Office ($5,380,897), Property Taxation ($3,484,074), Division of Housing ($89,048,900), Division of Local Governments ($166,652,683), and Division of Emergency Management ($19,817,136)
• Largest allocation of $150,000,000 designated for Local Government Mineral and Energy Impact Grants and Disbursements
• Appropriates $45,000,000 in federal funds for affordable housing construction grants and loans
• Includes $49,997,797 for Conservation Trust Fund Disbursements and $4,264,753 for Volunteer Firefighter Retirement Plans
