Provides supplemental appropriations to the Colorado Department of State for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2012, amending HB 12-1335.

Allocates $9,601,979 to Administration, including personal services (99.0 FTE), health/life/dental benefits, legal services, and facility costs.

Appropriates $2,324,921 to Special Purpose programs including Help America Vote Act Program ($349,222), Local Election Reimbursement ($1,725,699), and Initiative and Referendum ($250,000).

Allocates $7,013,664 to Information Technology Services for personal services (34.0 FTE), operating expenses, hardware/software maintenance, and statewide disaster recovery center leased space.

Total supplemental appropriation of $19,169,330 with funding from Department of State Cash Fund, Notary Administration Cash Fund, and Federal Elections Assistance Fund.
