• Modifies workers' compensation administrative law judge performance reviews from mandatory every four years to discretionary at the state auditor's discretion.

• Extends audit frequency for state employee idea application savings from every two years to every five years, and only requires auditor review when savings equal $10,000 or more.

• Extends audit frequency for the Colorado auto theft prevention cash fund from every two years to every five years.

• Repeals the requirement for the state auditor to submit annual executive summaries of state agency and institution compliance with article requirements.

• Reduces legislative department appropriations by $6,500 (from $34,326,736 to $34,320,236) and state auditor reappropriated funds from $906,500 to $900,000 for fiscal year 2012-13.
