Removes the December 31, 2013 sunset date for the Interagency Farm-to-School Coordination Task Force, allowing it to continue indefinitely.

Increases task force membership from 13 to 15 members, adding a public school teacher or principal and a representative from a Colorado farm, orchard, or ranch that sells to schools.

Expands higher education representation to include universities, colleges, community colleges, and extensions in addition to the Commission on Higher Education executive director.

Adds exploration of statewide data collection systems to track farm-to-school activities as a task force duty.

Extends the initial reporting deadline from February 1, 2013 to February 1, 2015, and requires reports every two years thereafter instead of one-time reporting.
