Repeals the July 1, 2013 sunset date for the Advisory Committee on Hearing in Newborn Infants in the Department of Public Health and Environment.

Removes the requirement that the advisory committee be reviewed under the sunset review process specified in section 2-3-1203, C.R.S.

Allows the Advisory Committee on Hearing in Newborn Infants to continue indefinitely instead of being automatically repealed.

Implements recommendations from the Department of Regulatory Agencies to continue the advisory committee.

Takes effect July 1, 2013.
