Appropriates $35,981,079 to the legislative department for fiscal year 2013-14, consisting of $34,898,263 from the general fund, $179,000 from cash funds, and $903,816 from reappropriated funds.

Allocates funds across six departments: General Assembly ($12,358,833), State Auditor ($8,228,683), Legislative Council ($6,937,214), Committee on Legal Services ($5,395,533), Joint Budget Committee ($1,554,979), and PERA amortization payments ($1,505,837).

Provides 334 full-time equivalent (FTE) positions across the legislative department, including 66 FTE for General Assembly, 68 FTE for State Auditor, and 68 FTE for Legislative Council.

Appropriates $8,472 from the general fund to the youth advisory council cash fund for fiscal year 2013-14.
