State Treasurer shall transfer unexpended and unencumbered moneys from two repealed cash funds to the General Fund on July 1, 2013: the Commission on Mandated Health Insurance Benefits Cash Fund (repealed July 1, 2010) and the Multiple Employer Welfare Arrangement Cash Fund (repealed July 1, 2008)

Transfer includes all interest and income earned on the moneys since the funds were repealed

The new statute (24-75-222) is automatically repealed effective July 1, 2014

Bill includes a safety clause declaring the act necessary for immediate preservation of public peace, health, and safety
