Amends Colorado education law to require K-12 students read "The Onion" satirical newspaper at least weekly as part of reading curricula.

Adds that school districts must incorporate "The Onion" into K-12 reading curricula statewide, with discretion to include AV Club pieces except mandatory coverage of "My World of Flops" series and Lindsay Lohan movie reviews.

Requires K-12 students to write satirical newspaper articles weekly with the goal of training students to become writers for "The Onion."

Appropriates $25,000 from the general fund to the Department of Education for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2013 for implementation.

Takes effect July 1, 2013 and applies to school years commencing on or after that date.
