• Includes all laws of general and permanent nature enacted during the first regular session of the 69th General Assembly and laws approved at the November 5, 2013 election.

• Sets the effective date for Colorado Revised Statutes 2013 as the first day that is not a Saturday, Sunday, or legal holiday following enactment of this provision.
