• Licensed spirituous liquor manufacturers in Colorado may conduct tastings and sell spirits manufactured by other Colorado-licensed manufacturers on their premises and at one other licensed sales room location.

• Licensed manufacturers may offer tastings of raw ingredients used in their own manufacturing process.

• Amends the definition of "tastings" to include sampling at licensed manufacturer premises or licensed sales room locations in addition to retail liquor stores and limited wineries.

• Allows manufacturers to include an additional sales room location in their license at the time of original issuance or through supplemental application at no additional cost.
