Effective July 1, 2014, prohibits owners, employees, and operators of artificial tanning facilities from allowing anyone under 18 years of age to use artificial tanning devices.

Requires appropriate age verification documentation as determined by the Department of Public Health and Environment before allowing access to tanning devices.

Subjects owners or operators who fail to comply to penalties up to $200 for each incident of noncompliance.

Defines "minor" to include emancipated minors as defined in Colorado statute section 13-21-107.5(1)(a).

Appropriates $8,822 and 0.1 FTE from the artificial tanning device education fund to the Department of Public Health and Environment for fiscal year 2014-2015, including $7,982 for personal services and $840 for operating expenses.
