Adds acute treatment units licensed by the Department of Public Health and Environment to the definition of "other outlet" under Colorado pharmacy law.

Authorizes registered prescription drug outlets and licensed hospitals to supply emergency medication kits or starter doses to acute treatment units that are approved by the state board.

Requires acute treatment units to be licensed by the Department of Public Health and Environment and approved by the board before receiving emergency medication kits.

Applies the same emergency medication supply provisions that already exist for home health agencies and licensed hospices to acute treatment units.
