Amends Colorado Common Interest Ownership Act to allow unit owners' associations to disclose telephone numbers and electronic mail addresses of members and residents with prior written consent.

Members or residents may provide written consent authorizing the association to publish their phone number, email address, or both to other members and residents.

Written consent and withdrawal notices may be submitted electronically under the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act if parties agree.

Associations must maintain written consent records, which remain valid until the person provides written notice of withdrawal.

Associations have no obligation to modify, retrieve, or destroy documents or records already published before a member withdraws their consent.
