Extends the repeal date of the Nurse-Physician Advisory Task Force for Colorado Health Care from July 1, 2014 to September 1, 2020.

Requires the Department of Regulatory Agencies to review the functions of the task force prior to the September 1, 2020 repeal date, as provided under the sunset review process in Colorado Revised Statutes section 2-3-1203.

Removes the task force from the July 1, 2014 sunset date in the advisory committees list and adds it to the September 1, 2020 sunset date list.

Declares the act necessary for the immediate preservation of public peace, health, and safety.
