Division of Insurance shall transmit all taxes, penalties, and fines collected to the State Treasurer for deposit in the general fund, except as specified in the bill.

Amounts appropriated by the General Assembly to the Division of Insurance cash fund shall be deposited in an amount equal to the General Assembly's appropriation from the fund to the Division for direct and indirect expenditures, less total fee revenue deposited in the fund, not to exceed 5% of all taxes collected.

Amounts appropriated by the General Assembly to the Wildfire Emergency Response Fund (created in section 24-33.5-1226) and the Wildfire Preparedness Fund (created in section 24-33.5-1227) shall be deposited in those respective funds.

The bill takes effect July 1, 2014, and applies to state fiscal years commencing on or after that date.
