Limits civil liability for activity instructors, equipment providers, and facility operators in agritourism activities to injuries or deaths resulting from inherent risks, with participants expressly assuming the risk.

Excludes agritourism activities related to medical marijuana or retail marijuana from the liability protections of this statute.

Preserves liability in cases of gross negligence, willful or wanton disregard for safety, intentional injury, faulty equipment known to the provider, or under product liability laws.

Allows participants to sue other participants for injuries resulting from another participant's acts or omissions, with such risks not considered inherent risks.

Requires facility operators to provide warning notice either through a signed statement from participants or prominently displayed signs with specific text in black letters at least one inch in height, effective July 1, 2014.
