State Board of Health must promulgate rules regarding immunization information, including evidence-based research from credible scientific and public health organizations, peer-reviewed studies, and an online learning module to be made publicly available through the Department of Public Health and Environment

State Board of Health must establish rules regarding the frequency of submission of exemption forms for personal belief exemptions to immunization requirements

Each school must make the immunization and exemption rates of their enrolled student population publicly available upon request

Department of Public Health and Environment shall establish a joint policy on immunization data collection and sharing in consultation with other state departments and provide assistance to schools with analysis and interpretation of immunization data

Act takes effect July 1, 2014
