Repeals the six-year age limitation on applying a salvage brand to motor vehicles where repair costs exceed the vehicle's pre-damage value.

Exempts vehicles that qualify as collector's items, horseless carriages, or street rod vehicles under Article 12 of Colorado law from salvage brand designation.

Amends Colorado Revised Statutes, 42-6-102 (17)(c) to remove the previous restriction that prevented salvage branding on vehicles six years or older at the time of damage.

Designated as necessary for immediate preservation of public peace, health, and safety per the safety clause included in the legislation.
