Requires the Department of Health Care Policy and Financing to make supplemental payments to hospice providers proportional to services provided during fiscal years 2013-14 and 2014-15

Directs the State Medical Services Board to adopt rules establishing the amount and distribution methodology for supplemental payments

Appropriates $317,665 from the general fund for fiscal year 2013-14 and $327,195 for fiscal year 2014-15 for hospice provider payments

Determines that administrative implementation costs can be absorbed within existing department appropriations

Repeals this provision effective July 1, 2015, making it a temporary two-year program
