• Creates the Evidential Breath Testing Cash Fund in the state treasury to purchase breath-testing devices for law enforcement agencies.

• Fund receives moneys from General Assembly appropriations and gifts, grants, or donations from private or public sources transmitted by the Department of Public Health and Environment.

• All interest earned on fund deposits remains in the fund; unexpended moneys exceeding $2 million at fiscal year-end must be transferred to the General Fund.

• State Board of Health may promulgate rules for fund administration.
