Creates a Peace Officer Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder Task Force to research work-related PTSD and recommend best practices for public employers regarding identification, prevention, treatment, workers' compensation coverage, standardized psychological screenings, and employee education.

Task force composed of 21+ members appointed by executive directors, boards, and professional associations including representatives from the Division of Workers' Compensation, Department of Public Safety, county sheriffs, police chiefs, fraternal orders, psychiatrists, and psychologists with PTSD expertise.

Task force co-chaired by a governor-appointed executive department representative and a Fraternal Order of Police representative, with first meeting required by July 1, 2014, and at least four additional meetings thereafter.

Task force must submit written findings and recommendations to the House Public Health Care and Human Services Committee and Senate Health and Human Services Committee by January 15, 2015; dissenting opinions permitted.

Task force section automatically repealed effective December 31, 2015.
