County clerks and recorders are authorized to seek judicial review of final actions issued by the Secretary of State under the Uniform Election Code of 1992 (Articles 1-13 of Title 1, C.R.S.)

Judicial review actions may be filed in Denver District Court by any county clerk and recorder in the state

County clerks and recorders may request temporary or preliminary injunctive relief pending a final decision on the merits of their claims

The act applies to final actions issued by the Secretary of State on or after the effective date of the legislation

The General Assembly declares the act necessary for the immediate preservation of public peace, health, and safety
