• Creates differential licensure fee structures for various types of home care agencies and establishes a work group to identify and resolve conflicts between home care licensing requirements and developmental disabilities waiver requirements for community-centered boards and service agencies.

• Appropriates $403,909 and 2.3 FTE for fiscal year 2014-2015 to fund implementation, including licensing activities, facility surveys, and criminal history record checks.
